the charityfocus website inspires me every time with something else. today it's their wednesday meditation

it's in california, so a bit hard to attend regularly for ozzis, but i love the idea so who knows - maybe one day its gonna happen in the south west of australia.
...and it does happen already - the Hospice Mother Tara in Bunbury offers free guided meditations on several days a week.
