Hello dear Stefania and Andreas,

I remind myself often that I am the creator of all this, everything is Spirit. Maybe I don't know why or how I did all this, but my thoughts and actions are the source for what is around me. It is hard, maybe even impossible to understand with the intellectual mind, but the heart always knows. The problem seems to be that we have lost the connection to our hearts - how could we log our forests, pollute our oceans and endanger wildlife as well as ours if we were connected with our most intimate source of being - the heart?

I want to send you love, love for the planet and everything that we perceive. It is the real medicine we are longing for.
